Attorneys

The Association maintains a listing of attorneys that the members can contact for issues not covered under the legal services agreement with. Members can also utilize the AFL-CIO’s Union Priviledge Program Attroney Referrals’ program which lists attorneys who provide discounts for their services.

LEOBR

The Association provides active members with legal coverage for job related matters pertaining to the Maryland LEOBR as well as criminal coverage arising from duty related matters. The Association has retained the legal services of Schlachman, Belsky, Weiner, P.A. to handle LEOBR and Criminal matters for Association members.

The Contract page contains information and links to the collective bargaining agreements for the the Association (HCPOA – FOP Lodge 21), as well as other Howard County employee bargaining groups.
